Description: The split die is used with your hydraulic press by fitting it into a press pin (which is included) that is fixedly (and magnetically) centred in the press's blade attachment. The split dies fit into one of two tool holders in a vice, which is then threaded into the vice adapter (included) to hold the dies steadily and securely as you shape them with your forming hammer.
