Titanium And Tungsten Soldering Pick with Shield

Description: The tungsten-tipped soldering probe is a sharp, accurate instrument that facilitates the soldering process by moving molten solder along a junction. Because of its lower heat conductivity than other metals, tungsten is a perfect choice for soldering applications.Its characteristics keep solder from sticking tothe tip, keep it from melting, and guarantee that the probe stays cool enough to handle by hand.Included is a titanium steel heat shield to improve use even more. This shield prevents the probe from rolling when it is not in use while also protecting the hand and fingers from heat.
